All NFC digital business card purchases are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Kobexa and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Kobexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
