Kobexa offers free shipping on all NFC digital business card orders. We are committed to getting your cards to you quickly and safely.
All Kobexa NFC digital business card orders ship for free, regardless of order size or destination within the United States. International shipping is also available at no additional cost for most countries.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders or large quantities may require additional processing time. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Standard delivery within the United States takes 5-7 business days after processing. International orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real time. Tracking information is also available in your Kobexa account under the Orders section.
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@kobexa.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will send a replacement at no charge.
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote locations or regions with trade restrictions may not be eligible for delivery. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
